It’s my classic breakfast after training.
Ideal for hot days!
• 1 banana
• 1 cup of red berries
• ¼ oat milk (or whatever you use)
- Blend the banana and red berries together with the milk
- Once everything is liquefied, place it in a bowl
- Add your favorite toppings. I usually put granola and grated coconut on it.
