Banana Red Berries Smoothie bowl

If you want a fresh and healthy breakfast, I recommend a good Smoothie Bowl.
It’s my classic breakfast after training.
Ideal for hot days!

• 1 banana
• 1 cup of red berries
• ¼ oat milk (or whatever you use)
• Granola


  1. Blend the banana and red berries together with the milk
  2. Once everything is liquefied, place it in a bowl
  3. Add your favorite toppings. I usually put granola and grated coconut on it.
